The Role
We are looking for a highly driven, hunter-minded Inside Sales Representative to join our team. While this role is anchored in Helsinki, we are open to candidates based in other locations who can effectively collaborate with our team and operate within our working hours, particularly in German or French speaking markets.
This is a full-cycle sales role with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and new business generation. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who has built a foundation in an SDR or outbound role and is ready to take the next step into closing and owning deals end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, social selling)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities from initial outreach
  • Own the full sales cycle, from first contact through negotiation and closing
  • Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers, particularly within data and analytics functions
  • Run product demos and guide prospects through the buying process
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging



What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in anSDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, with a strong focus on prospecting
  • Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and booking qualified meetings
  • Strong desire to transition into a full-cycle sales/closing role
  • Experience selling or prospecting into financial services and insurance targeting data, analytics, or technical stakeholders (e.g., Heads of Data, Data Architects, CIOs)
  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment is strongly preferred, ideally within data, analytics, or related domain
  • Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with G Suite tools (e.g., Google Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Self-starter mindset with high ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional major European languages (e.g., German, French) is highly advantageous


Compensation

  • Base salary of approximately €3,000/month, depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
  • On-target earnings (OTE) of approximately 50%+ above base,  based on performance
