What You’ll Do

• Build AI-driven features with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering to deliver smarter user experiences.
• Develop pipelines and integrate vector databases for context-aware insights.
• Experiment with and optimize models like OpenAI, Llama, Claude, etc.
• Quickly iterate from idea → prototype → validation.
• Stay ahead of the curve by scouting the newest AI/ML frameworks and techniques.

What We’re Looking For

• Coding Chops: Comfortable in Python, Node.js, or similar—basically, you can build stuff fast (our current stack is TypeScript/JavaScript, React, AWS, and Postgres).
• AI Enthusiasm: Familiar with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, excited to learn.
• Problem-Solver: You dig into user problems and turn them into practical solutions.
• Startup Vibe: You love moving fast, breaking things (responsibly), and growing with the product.
• Communication: Decent English for collaborating with a diverse, global team.

Success Milestones

• After 2 Month: You’ve shipped your first AI feature and gotten your feet wet with the codebase.
• After 4 Months: You’re independently building AI features, fine-tuning LLMs, and actively shaping our product vision.
• After 6 Months: You’re our in-house AI guru—leading on best practices, guiding new prototypes, and fueling innovation.
